MambaFPV came to me at Christmas of 2023 and asked if 2024 could be the year he gets his own signature frame. Well, it's been a bit of a journey to get here, but here we are, October 2024, and we are ready to release the ASBO Mamba No. 5.
Don't let the name fool you; this quadcopter frame isn't a one-hit wonder. This is a serious frame for serious pilots. Named after the No. 5 hand plane, this frame, like its namesake, is a very versatile frame. It can handle any environment you throw at it with ease. Want to fly a bando? Do it—this frame was built and tested to handle the abuse. Want cinematic footage along the coast? Go for it—this frame won't let you down.

All ASBO Mamba No5 frames come with the following
- 6mm T700 carbon fiber arms
- 3mm T700 carbon fiber base plate
- 2.5mm T700 carbon fiber support and top plate
- 4.5mm T700 carbon fiber camera plates
- Steel Alloy m3 hardware
- Orange or gold anodized aluminum standoffs (6mm, 25mm and 20mm) and 6x cup washers (color depend on availability and chosen tpu color).
